Carl A. Bachman, 95, of Palatine, died May 20, 2001, beloved husband of the late Ethel Fern, nee Johnson; loving father of Robert C. (late Elaine), Mary Lou (Richard) Bilter, Carol Anne (Calvin) Hilton, Judith E. (William) Tolva and the late Barbara Jean; loved grandfather of 11; great-grandfather of 25; and great-great-grandfather of one; dear brother of Margaret Johnson.
