Former worker in the pineapple fields of Hawaii; former head chef in the Empire Room at the Palmer House; honored by three presidents for his outstanding citizenship; Father of the Year Award recipient; Avid Cubs Fan and Gardner. Loving husband of Consolacion “Connie”, nee Lomboy; loving father of Genie (Ed) Polhorsky, Esther (Robert) Peruzzo and Edithlyn Collo; proud grandfather of Salem (Brett) Bloom, Robert Peruzzo, Eddie and Nicky Polhorsky; dear brother of Cris (Masing) Collo; friend of many.
