Mexico’s President Vicente Fox comes to Chicago and the politicians fall all over themselves to be on camera with him. President Fox seems like he wants to help his country, but I feel like he is trying to set the United States’ policies on immigration. He wants open borders. If that happens, there would be no one living in Mexico. And what about the other South America countries? Would their citizens filter through Mexico too?
