I was amazed that the Tribune is endorsing what Mayor Richard Daley is proposing for O’Hare International Airport. Why should Gov. George Ryan’s authority be stripped and Daley retain his? O’Hare affects everyone but mostly the suburbs that surround it. The suburban governments as a whole should have 50 percent of the say of what goes on at O’Hare. Only then will everyone have a voice.
