Regarding federal funding for stem cell research, President Bush took the easy way out and in effect made a non-decision, allowing it to continue for existing projects but not allowing it for any new projects (“Bush OKs some stem cell funding,” Page 1, Aug. 10).
A great, bold, decisive statesman he’ll never be.
