The event: “Louie on the Roof” pre-party and cookout, at Bar Louie in Lincoln Park. To benefit: The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, which will hold its black-tie gala on Sept. 22. Did you know that? Bar Louie leases the rooftop of its Days Inn location. Feed them: 225 burgers, 240 hot dogs, 165 chicken Vesuvio sandwiches, 120 brats, 100 veggie skewers and 65 veggie quesadillas-for 125 folks. Hit parade: Reggae and the electronic disco sounds of British group Morcheeba, on CD of course. Night’s net: $3,000.
