John Pietrolaj Sr., 55, of Lake Villa formerly of Chicago, served in the U.S. Marine Reserve, passed away August 25, 2001, loving husband of Lottie, nee Wrona Pietrolaj; cherished father of John Pietrolaj Jr., Rich Pietrolaj and Ted Pietrolaj; dear son of the late Myron and Angela, nee Piotrowski, Pietrolaj; fond brother of Anne (Jim) Leonard and Irene (Charles) Lipari; dear stepbrother of Mary Ann Kwasniewski; and stepson of Anna Pietrolaj. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Wednesday, August 29, 2001 at the Prince of Peace Cemetery, Libertyville.
