Anthony F. Siemienkowicz Seamon, 64, passed away on Tuesday September 4, 2001. Retired CPD after 29 years of service. Beloved husband of Charlene M. Seamon, nee Kunce; dearest father of Theresa (Daniel) Gallagher and Peter (Michelle) Seamon; “Papa Tony” to Marissa Ann Seamon, Daniel Anthony Gallagher and soon to be John Anthony Seamon; dear son of the late Anton Seamon and Dorothy Jachim, nee Ostrowski; brother of Dennis (Myra) Jachim, Gary Jachim and Sharon Jachim. Funeral service on Saturday, September 8, 10 a.m., at Grant-Tapella-Freitag Westwood Memorial Chapel, 3201 W. Jefferson St. (at Essington Rd.), Joliet, IL. Interment Woodlawn Memorial Park, Joliet.
