Gwen G. Vaughan, age 84, of Calumet City, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 4, 2001, beloved sister of Nona Stephen; loving aunt of one niece and four nephews; special friend of Elaine Maesal. Funeral services will be held on Friday, Sept. 7 at 8 p.m. at the SchroederLauer Funeral Home, 3227 Ridge Rd., Lansing. Interment Cedar Park Cemetery, Chicago. Friends may visit with the family on Friday, beginning at 6 p.m. Mrs. Vaughan was a retired nurse with Sears Roebuck in River Oaks Mall.
