Winifred “Wini” E. Babler, age 82, a well-known resident of Monroe, WI, died on Wednesday, September 5, 2001, at the Monroe Clinic Hospital. She is survived by her younger brother, Louis F. (Phyllis) Janke, of Sun Prairie; a son, David A. (Janeen) Babler, Monroe, three daughters, Susan K. (Richard) Kreuzer, of Phoenix, AZ, Cynthia J. (Ross Hamilton) Babler, of Chicago, IL and Elizabeth A. (friend Tim Krause) Babler of Beloit, WI; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; ten nieces and nephews. For 18 years Wini had struggled with Alzheimer’s Disease. She was blessed by the help of many loving friends, caregivers, and family members, including the Moses Rattner Family, The Wealshire, in Lincolnshire, IL, and the New Glarus Nursing Home. A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 10, 2001, at 11:30 a.m. at St. John’s United Church of Christ, Monroe, WI. Relatives and friends may call on Monday, from 10 a.m. until the time of service at the church. A memorial fund has been established and donations can be sent to: Winifred E.
