Matilda Martha Bishop, 89, of Tucson, AZ, formerly of Homewood, IL, died Aug. 25, 2001. She is survived by her daughter, Wanda ScottArmstrong; five grandchildren; seven greatgrandchildren; one great-great-grandson; brother, Thad Stefanik of Tinley Park. Matilda was a 40 year resident of Homewood and the widow of J.E. Bishop. Mass will be offered for Matilda on Saturday, Sept. 22, 2001, 10:30 a.m. at SS. Cyril and Methodius Catholic Church in Lemont, IL. Interment will be at Resurrection Cemetery in Justice, IL.
