Charles Edwin Seiler, of Evanston, retired advertising and publishing executive, passed away Saturday, Sept. 1 in Lakeside, MI. Husband of Susan Reavis Seiler; father of Helen Seiler, Mary (Michael) Collins and Louise Seiler; grandfather of Ryan Collins; brothers, Rev. Robert (Margaret) Seiler and Stuart (Madeleine) Seiler; extended family members, Cynthia and Alan Berkshire, Marybeth and Dean Schwartz and Amy and Mark Hindson. Visitation 3 p.m., Memorial Service 4 p.m. at St. Luke Episcopal Church, 939 Hinman Ave., Evanston, on Wednesday, Sept. 12. In lieu of flowers, memorials would be appreciated to the Lighthouse Rotary Club Foundation, P.O. Box 422, Evanston, IL 60204 or the American Cancer Society.
