Bernard Weissmann, beloved husband of Lenore, nee Bernstein; loving father of David (Elizabeth Roberts) Weissmann of Highland Park, NJ, Karen (Herb) Weissmann Levine of San Francisco, CA, Arnie (Banford) Weissmann of Austin, TX and Daniel Weissmann; devoted grandfather of Michael, Sarah, Emma, Sophia, Elena and Dashiell. Memorial services Sunday, 12 Noon at the Hillel Foundation, 629 Foster Ave., Evanston. Dr. Weissmann was a Professor Emeritus of Biochemistry at the University of Illinois Medical Center.
