Eileen G. Patterson, nee Graeff, 79 year old long-time resident of Mundelein, IL. She recently moved to Southern Illinois to be near her daughter. She was married for 51 years to Hugh Patterson, who preceded her in death. She is survived by her children, Mary (Larry) LeBlanc of Shorewood, WI, Hugh (Gwen) Patterson III and Patty (Olof) Beyer of Grapevine, TX, Peggy (Walter) Nieds, Jr. of Marion, IL; her grandchildren are Elizabeth and David LeBlanc, and Walter Nieds III; other family include her sister Lorraine Cashin of San Diego, CA, and David Storm of Chicago. She was a long-time member of Santa Maria del Popolo parish in Mundelein and was active in the Theresians. She retired from J.E. Hoffman Co. and was a member of Friends of the Fremont Public Library. Funeral arrangements are pending with Kristan Funeral Home, 847-566-6020. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to the Friends of the Fremont Public Library.
