Henry W. Bivins III, age 41, of Deer Park, born July 21, 1960 in Chicago, husband of Yuriko; son of Henry and Nina; brother of Adrianne and James (Tonnya); uncle of Natasha. He has been skydiving for 20 years. He was an instructor for 15 years and has made approximately 4000 jumps. He has recently been involved in base jumping in Idaho and Utah. Visitation Wednesday, Sept. 12, 2001, from 4 p.m. until time of Service 8 p.m. at Ahlgrim & Sons Funeral Home, 415 S. Buesching Rd., Lake Zurich. Interment private.
