Thank you for printing Donald Lazo’s “Driving reminders” (Voice of the people, Sept. 5). As a bike commuter and a motorist, I would also add a reminder to use turn signals. They are free and come with the car. Learn how to make using them a reflex. I can’t tell you how many close calls I’ve had on my bike that could have been avoided if I could have known that some guy was going to turn.
