Kim Johnson, 43, of Willcox, AZ, died Sept. 5, 2001, in Willcox. She was born in Chicago on Sept. 29, 1957. Survivors include her sister Therese Sim and brothers Timothy and Thomas Cottrell; and her stepmother Geraldine Cottrell. A Memorial Mass will be offered on Saturday, Sept. 15, 2001, at 9:30 a.m. at St. Germaine Catholic Church, 9701 S. Kolin, Oak Lawn, IL with burial of her cremains at St. Casimir Cemetery in Chicago, IL.
