Eileen G. Patterson, nee Graeff, 79 year old longtime resident of Mundelein, IL. She recently moved to southern Illinois to be near her daughter. She was married for 51 years to Hugh Patterson, who preceded her in death. She is survived by her children, Mary (Larry) LeBlanc of Shorewood, WI, Hugh (Gwen) Patterson III and Patty (Olof) Beyer of Grapevine, TX, and Peggy (Walter) Nieds Jr. of Marion, IL; her grandchildren are Elizabeth and David LeBlanc and Walter Nieds III; other family members include her sister Lorraine Cashin of San Diego, CA and brother David Storm of Chicago. She was a longtime member of Santa Maria del Popolo Parish in Mundelein and was active in the Theresians. She retired from J.E. Hoffman Co. and was a member of Friends of the Fremont Public Library. Services are Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Santa Maria Chapel. Burial following at St. Mary Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are with Kristan Funeral Home, 847-566-8020.
