John ‘Jack’ Higgins, 72 died on September 4th, 2001 in Las Vegas, Nevada. A lifelong Chicago area resident and retired 38 year Wall Street Journal employee and former Daily News, Chicago Tribune and Sun Times Employee. He is survived by loving daughter Nancy (Marty) Kesselman of California; granddaughter Jamie; sister Patricia (Wayne) Winchel; uncle of three and many cousins; aunt Bridie and close dear friend of Nancy Moorehouse and family. Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday September 15th at 10 a.m. at St. Hubert in Hoffman Estates. Entombment at St. Michael Cemetery in Palatine immediately following.
