As an American, I grieve with all the families that lost loved ones in the attack against America. As a Muslim, I am distraught and angered by the images that came out of the West Bank of Palestinian children celebrating our horrific loss of human life.
I look forward to the day when those responsible are caught.
Islam is often misused and misconstrued by Islamic militants in an obscene way to propagate hatred and intolerance. This must stop now. Enough is enough. Muslims need to take action and condemn this despicable atrocity and call it what it is–mass murder of innocent human beings.
I condemn hatred, intolerance, and the murder of innocent people by individuals who look to further their political agenda. All Americans need to stand together and show solidarity in the wake of this tragedy. We will not be divided by this vile act.
