(Judy) Horwitz and Lois (Edward) Hollander; devoted daughter of the late Morris and Bessie Shlensky; loving grandmother of Tracy (Brian) Dvoret, Beth Hollander, Terry (Geoffrey) Horwitz Kass, Dr. Linda Horwitz, Gail (fiance Marshall Miller) Horwitz; great-grandmother of Alexis and Lauren Dvoret, Charles “Chip”, Robin and Daphne Kass. She was predeceased by eight brothers and sisters. Graduate of the University of Chicago, Class of 1929. Service Friday, 11 a.m. at The Piser Chapel, 9200 N. Skokie Blvd., Skokie. Interment Westlawn.
