I am a proud U.S. Marine Corps veteran. Those few who harass or attack the Arab-American population do not represent most Americans. I was there at the Daley Plaza when we all joined in a moment of silence Friday. I also saw proud Arab-Americans waving their American flags. We must unite as one and eliminate the root of the problem–the terrorists and those who harbor them.
