Meghan Ashley Todd, 18, of Yorkville died as a result of a car accident Tuesday, Sept. 18, in Yorkville. Born in Atlanta, Meghan graduated from Aurora Christian School and Yorkville High School. In high school, she was a wrestling cheerleader and played on the freshman volleyball team and the varsity tennis team. She graduated in January and was enrolled at Waubonsee Community College. Known as “Meggie” to family and friends, she loved animals and enjoyed the outdoors. Survivors include her parents, David and Gail; two brothers, Sean and Nate; a sister, Nikki; her maternal grandmother, Martha Sackerson; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday in Yorkville Congregational United Church of Christ, 409 Center Pkwy., Yorkville.
