Joe Keim Builders has six homes available for occupancy at Deerbrook, a development of semi-custom houses in Aurora.
The six field models range from 1,787 to 2,376 square feet. – Five furnished models will open this weekend in Des Plaines at Park Laurel, a 95-unit condominium development of two 6-story buildings connected by a garage.
The first residents in Phase I are to move in by early October and Phase II residents, in March 2002.
