Phillip Triantafillo, age 49, late of Hegewisch, entered into eternal life September 22, 2001 at home, beloved husband of Paula, nee Polewski; dear father of Phillip “Zachary” Triantafillo and Alexander Triantafillo; dear son of Christine and the late Sam; fond brother of Jeanette Primbas, Harry, Pete, George Dean and John (Barbara); son-in-law of Deborah (Gary) Cambron, Colette Travis, Robert Jr. (Kathy) Polewski and Stephen Polewski; many nieces and nephews. Visitation Monday at the Sadowski Funeral Home, 13300 S. Houston Ave., Hegewisch, IL, 2 to 9 p.m. Services Tuesday at the Assumption Church in Hegewisch to Elmwood Cemetery, Hammond, IN.
