Genevieve Brown passed away on September 19th, 2001. She worked for the Mayors office of Inquiry and Information as Director. She later worked for the Chicago Housing Authority as the Ombudsman. Visitation will be held at Griffin Funeral Home, 3232 S. King Drive on Wednesday Sept. 26th from 2 to 6:30 p.m. Funeral Services will be held at Antioch MB Church, 63rd and Stewart on Thursday September 27th from 12:30 till 2 p.m.
