Frances D. Green, nee McReynolds, age 97, passed away September 23rd. She was the wife of the late L. Otis Green. She is survived by her son Otis H. (Janice) Green of Stanford, CT and her daughter Rosemond G. (Lee) Swanson of Muncie, IN, five grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. She was born in Cleveland, Ohio and lived in Evanston since 1918. Mrs. Green resided in the Presbyterian Home in Evanston. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, the Woman’s Club of Evanston and the Infant Welfare. She graduated from Evanston High School and St. Mary’s College in Knoxville, IL. Memorial service will be Wednesday, September 26th, 11 a.m. at the Chapel of Presbyterian Home, 3131 Simpson, Evanston, IL. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the home would be appreciated.
