Gladys Marie Lowery, nee Beck, age 95, died at home September 23, 2001, beloved wife of the late Martin Bernard Lowery; dearest mother of Martin (Rita) Lowery, Charles Lowery, Gay (William Schellhorn and Joseph) Goodwin, Rita (Bernard) Brady, Mary (Roger) Tranckino, the late Daniel Lowery, John (Bernice) Lowery, Rosalie (Robert) Rownd, Timothy (Janice) Lowery; cherished grandmother of 34; great-grandmother of 41. The family will receive visitors Wednesday, September 26, 4 to 9 p.m. at Williams-Kampp Funeral Home, 430 E. Roosevelt Rd., Wheaton. The Funeral Liturgy will begin at the Funeral Home, Thursday, 9 a.m. and will proceed to St. James the Apostle Church, 480 S. Park Blvd., Glen Ellyn, where the Funeral Mass will begin at 10 a.m. Burial will be at St. Mary Cemetery, Chicago.
