Frances E. McMillen, nee Hipple, age 93, formerly of Bellefontaine, OH and Indianapolis, IN, passed away Sept. 20, 2001. She worked for Indianapolis Life Insurance Company for 36 years, retiring in 1977 and moving to Highland Park. She is survived by her daughter, JoAnn (Robert) Parks; her grandchildren, Howard (Nettie), Sally Ann and Robert Jr. (Lisa); her great-grandchildren, Edward, Elizabeth, Robert, Campbell and Hayley; sisters, Jean E. Hipple of Indianapolis and Alice H. Keller of Sun City, FL; and a nephew, John C. Keller of Houston, TX. Interment Bellefontaine Cemetery in Bellefontaine, OH.
