Frank A. Cozzoni, 70, of Aurora, passed away on Thursday, Sept. 27, 2001 at Loyola Medical Center in Maywood. He was born July 14, 1931 in Waukegan, IL. Mr. Cozzoni was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church and was an insurance agent for Prudential Insurance in Aurora for many years. He was preceded in death by his parents, Abraham and Bernice Cozzoni; and his wife, Rosa Mary Cozzoni. Survivors include three sons, Peter G. (Margarita) Cozzoni of Aurora, Michael G. (Connie) Cozzoni of Chesterfield, MO and Joseph G. (Dawn) Cozzoni of North Aurora; one brother, Thomas S. (Norma) Cozzoni of Melbourne, FL; his loving companion, Ann Sheagren of Aurora; and five grandchildren, Rosa and Elizabeth Cozzoni of Chesterfield, MO, Olivia and Sofia Cozzoni of Aurora and Trevor Cozzoni of North Aurora. Visitation will be held Tuesday, Oct. 2, 2001 from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Dieterle Memorial Home, 1120 S. Broadway, Montgomery, with a Prayer Service at 7:30 p.m. Funeral Mass will take place on Wednesday, Oct. 3, 2001 at 10 a.m. from the Dieterle Memorial Home to St. Peter Catholic Church at 10:30 a.m., with Fr. Ronald Jones officiating. Private burial of his cremains will take place at Mount Olivet Cemetery in Aurora.
