Virginia Wilson Staub, 92, of Winnetka, died Sept. 26 after a long illness, wife of the late Ernest Flury Staub; mother of Ernest Wilson (Janet Lewis) Staub of Pinehurst, NC, Sarah Ann (Thomas Thackery) Hicks of Glenview and the late Helen Virginia Stow; grandmother of 10; great-grandmother of nine. Memorial Service Saturday, Oct. 20 at 3 p.m. at Winnetka Congregational Church, 725 Pine St., Winnetka, IL 60093. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Winnetka Congregational Church or Alzheimer’s Association, 4709 Golf Rd., Suite 1015, Skokie, IL 60076.
