I was distressed by “Nuclear plant security eyed” (Metro, Sept. 23), which stated that nuclear plants were not designed to withstand a terrorist attack.
Maybe in a future story, the Tribune could just publish a manual for terrorists, pinpointing strategic targets for future attacks.
