Jean M. Puralewski, age 75, died on October 1, 2001, beloved mother of Thomas (Beverly) Puralewski, Barbara (Paul) Olinick, Pam (Fred) Slaby, and Dale (Doreen) Puralewski; also survived by grandchildren, Matt and Beth Horton, Larissa Puralewski; and great-grandchild Hannah Horton; sister of June Pfister; and sister-in-law of Gladys Anderson; also nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by husband, Thomas; parents, Nels and Mabel Carlson; brothers, Floyd Anderson, Lloyd Carlson and Harold Carlson; son-in-law, Andrew Stolnack. Funeral services St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Juddsville, WI at 1 p.m., Thursday, October 4, 2001.
