William R. Kraemer, 65, formerly of Chicago, resident of McHenry for past 25 years, served in the U.S. Army National Guard, employed by AT&T for 35 years, retiring in 1990 and member of Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church in McHenry. Enjoyments include boating and golfing. Loving father of William L. (Karen) Kraemer and James (Brenda) Kraemer, both of Atlanta, GA; cherished grandfather of four; devoted life partner of Mary Schuh of Hancock, WI; also survived by her daughter, Jennifer Schuh; fond brother of Barbara Wiebe of Arlington Heights and many nieces and nephews. Resting at the George R. Justen & Son Funeral Home, 3519 W. Elm St., McHenry. Visitation 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Monday, October 8, 2001. Memorial service at 7 p.m. Monday in the funeral home.
