Brian P. Kelley will succeed Mark Hutchins as president of Lincoln Mercury on Jan. 1. Hutchins, 56, is retiring after 36 years with Ford Motor Co., the last three as president of Lincoln Mercury. Kelley, 40, joined Ford in 1999 and had been vice president of global consumer services since March. Prior to joining Ford, Kelley held marketing and sales positions at General Electric’s appliance division and Procter & Gamble.
