Mayor Kevin Burns has created a task force on teardowns and infill development to address the changing nature of neighborhoods.
The task force is charged with researching, reviewing and refining zoning text amendments to ordinances addressing these issues.
The 10-member task force will report back to aldermen by Dec. 10 with recommendations.
