In light of the developments in the news everyday concerning anthrax, I think it is time that we actually appreciate the people who are always so consistent and also put their lives on the line: our postal carriers.
My father, two uncles and both grandfathers are or were postal carriers and before I really didn’t understand how important their jobs are. I think we take their jobs for granted, and now we should realize that it is not an easy job and thank them for their hard work.
