IMC Global Inc. of Lake Forest sold the Australian unit of its IMC Chemicals soda ash and boron chemicals business to Castle Harlan Australian Mezzanine Partners Pty. for $43 million. Penrice had revenue of $64 million for the 12 months ended Sept. 30. IMC Global, a maker of phosphates and potash crop nutrients, had 2000 revenue of $2.1 billion.
