Estelle Lillian Council, 93, of Arlington Heights, IL, died at 10:50 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 13, 2001 in Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights. Born Oct. 27, 1908 in Chicago, IL, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank H. and Clara, nee Aepler, Kincaid. She married Oliver B. Council in Chicago, IL on Sept. 19, 1936. She was employed as a service representative by Illinois Bell Telephone retiring in 1973. Estelle was a 50 year member and past Worthy Matron of Queen Esther Chapter Order of Eastern Star and Past President of Northern Council Pioneers of America. She graduated from Chicago Business College. She loved to travel and enjoyed her many cruises to exotic ports. Survivors include her daughter Marilyn (Ralph Jr.) Dulyea of Lake Summerset; five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; sister Dorothy (Edward) Vanscoy of Arlington Heights; several nieces and nephews; and special cousin Lillian Birkholtz. She is preceded by her parents, husband, son Frank, grandson Michael and brother Thomas. Funeral Ceremonies will be at 1 p.m. Friday, Nov. 16, 2001 at Trinity Lutheran Church, Durand, IL with Reverend Dan Johnson officiating. Burial will be in Durand Cemetery.
