Graeme Stewart Pieters, died Nov. 10, 2001 in Palmetto, FL. After serving in the U.S. Navy during WWII, he worked in sales and construction in the refractory manufacturing industry in Chicago and raised his family in Evanston. He was a member of Northminster Presbyterian Church. Survivors include his wife GeorgeAnn; daughter Alison and son Craig (Mary); brother Bruce (Gerry), stepson Jeffrey Grammer; three grandsons. Memorial service 10 a.m. Monday at Westminster Presbyterian Church, 3011 19th Ave. W., Bradenton, FL. Donations may be made to Hospice of Southwest Florida, 5955 Rand Blvd., Sarasota, FL 34238.
