Timothy R. Fitzpatrick, age 39, of Chicago, formerly of Wheaton, IL, died Friday, Nov. 16 in his home. He is survived by his mother, Kathryn A. Fitzpatrick of Chicago; his father, Thomas R. Fitzpatrick of Batavia; two brothers, Mark T. (Jayne) Fitzpatrick and James J. (Linda) Fitzpatrick; extended family of Carolyn B. Fitzpatrick, Geoffrey D. (Katherine) Edwards and Andrew G. Edwards; niece, Aidan L. Fitzpatrick; nephews. Ryan and Ian Fitzpatrick and Nathan Edwards; and friend, Norman Olson. Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m., with Memorial Service at 7 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 20 at Casey-Laskowski & Sons Funeral Home, 4540-50 W. Diversey Ave., Chicago, 773-777-6300.
