Ella “Peggy” Shuler, nee Freels, born Jan. 29, 1904 in South Whitley, IN to the late Orva and the late Effie, nee Rice, Freels; she was married to her late husband Lloyd C. Shuler in 1933; she is survived by many nieces and nephews. 50 year member of the Eastern Star. Longtime member of the Garfield Ridge Baptist Church.
