We need to tighten our U.S visa policy. Two bills before Congress would help to close many immigration loopholes, and will require identification cards with fingerprints for every visa holder, and an entry-exit system to keep track of our guests. Law-abiding students will not be inconvenienced in the least, and if they are, so be it. I would rather inconvenience our guests than our American citizens, as happened on Sept. 11.
