Louise Marie Shimkus, nee Argello, age 68, Sunday, Nov. 25, 2001 at Provena St. Joseph Hospital in Joliet, late of Romeoville, worked for Valley View School District #365U Food Service, retiring in 1985 after many years of service, mother of Kevin (April-Cueller) Shimkus, Laura (Dennis) Watson of Coal City, IL and Roseann Shimkus of Romeoville, IL; sister of Joyce (David) Schreiner; grandmother of Nick and Tiffany Watson; aunt of two nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband, Stanley Shimkus; her parents, Pete and Rose Argello; and a brother, Eugene Argello. Visitation Wednesday, Nov. 28, 2001, 4 p.m. until time of Memorial Service at 7:30 p.m. at the Anderson Memorial Chapel, 606 Townhall Dr. in Romeoville – Services will conclude at the funeral home.
