GM has named D. Nick Reilly to lead its Daewoo transition team, facilitating the takeover of the South Korean automaker. Reilly, who was vice president of GM Europe, will take his new post Jan. 1. Jonathon Browning, former managing director of Jaguar, has taken over Reilly’s vice presidency. Browning had left GM in 1997.
