Richard B. Christopher, age 75, beloved husband of the late Imogene, nee McDonald; loving father of Judith (Michael) Anderer, Richard R. (Patricia), Robert (Beverly), Joan (Joe) Warunek, Jeanne Bennett and Russell (Linda); proud grandfather of Craig (Tara), Chris (Bridget), Jaimee, Meghan, Kelly, Kim, Tanya, Brandon, Tara, Robin, Terry, Casey, Leslie and Chelsea; great-grandfather of Bryan, Natalie and Evan; dear son of the late John E. and Justida, nee Raineri, of Ivrea, Italy; brother of Dorothy (Ken) Katschke and the late James (Adeline) Christopher. Visitation Thursday 2 to 9 p.m. Richard was a devoted husband who cared for his wife of 52 years. He was in the Army Air Force Corps. of Engineers and served in Leghorn, Italy as a member of The Mediterranean Theatre of Operations and was on the first Softball Team in 1946. He was an avid sports fan and was instrumental in founding The Evergreen Park Boy’s Club Baseball Club. He was a life member as a Tuckpointer of The International Union of Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers. He will forever remain in our lives through many memories.
