The actions of the “Christians” in “Crusading for a Christian nation” (Page 1, Dec. 10) are deeply troubling. As the rich variety of faiths in our country continues to grow, the idea of establishing a “Christian nation” is not just unconstitutional and antiquated, it is also dangerous and disturbing.
Combining government with what one fanatical group claims is the “true faith” yields troubling results: Just ask the citizens in Iran and Afghanistan.
