C.L. “Chuck” Palmer, age 65, of Sugarland, TX, formerly of Chicago, passed away Dec. 22, 2001 after a brief battle with cancer. A memorial service will be held Friday, Dec. 28, 2001 at 1 p.m. at Jack Rowe Funeral Home in League City. In lieu of flowers donations are requested to be sent to the Hospice at Texas Medical Center in Houston.
