Michael “Bill” Pavich, 78, of Scottsdale, AZ passed away on November 29, 2001, born in Kinkaid, IL on January 16, 1923, honored Chicago Policeman for 37 years, Investigator-Clerk Of Circuit Court Of Cook County for 10 years, Executive Director Of South Chicago Chamber Of Commerce, 11 years, Scottsdale School District Crossing Guard 9 years. He managed and coached boys baseball teams from Little League thru Connie Mack baseball 1954-1984. He was a U.S. Army Veteran in WWII 1943-1945 European Theatre. Beloved husband of Sophia, nee Merich; loving father of Robert (Marcia), Sharon (Fred) Frigo, Michael (Sue) and Sue Rogers; dear grandfather of nine; cherished uncle of many nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held on Saturday January 12 at Noon at Saint ArchAngel Michael Serbian Orthodox Church, 18550 Stony Island Avenue, Lansing, IL 60438. 708-418-3788.
