The annual Charlemagne Awards for Community Development, Community Image, and Civic Image presented by the Greater St. Charles Area Chamber of Commerce will be held at 6:30 p.m. Jan. 25 in the St. Charles Ballroom of Pheasant Run Resort. The event includes a social hour, gourmet dinner, award presentations, sweets buffet and dancing. Tickets are $75 per person. Call 630-584-8384.
